What customers say?

“ It's been half a year ago, but when I went to Abashiri Prison on a trip to Hokkaido, I found it on the way to the bus stop and stopped by to beat the cold. I didn't have much time, but I was impressed by how nice the staff were, the atmosphere was nice, and the pudding I received was delicious. Please note that the road to the store is a gravel road, so it will be difficult to get there with a carry-on bag. It was a really nice shop, and I wish I could have spent more time there. If you go, be sure to try the pumpkin pudding! ”

“ A lovely little cafe around the corner from the prison museum but set back from the road. The menu offered lots of spaghetti dishes and good drinks. The owner was friendly and the food (which was tasty) arrived quickly. ”

“ A surprise visit. After visiting the Okhotsk Park, my wife found this little cafe on google map. Pretty much everything here is homemade. This place is family owned. It has a homey feel. The whole building is made of wood. The setting is extremely comfortable and the locals eat here as well. There are plenty of parking. The owner is nice. The pasta is excellent. If you're around the area, make sure to come here for lunch!!! Enjoy. ”

“ It was a stylish log house with a lovely atmosphere. I ordered a hamburger steak plate and pumpkin pudding. I had to wait a little, but it was delicious! I recommend taking your time and relaxing while looking at the atmosphere inside the store! ”

“ Located near Abashiri Prison, the restaurant is a bit slow, so you'll need to be patient. The food is average and not very flavorful, but the overall atmosphere is great, making it a good place to spend a leisurely afternoon. ”

“ The udon restaurant I wanted to go to was closed, so I stopped by this place in the back. I was alone, so I was shown to the counter. There was a table available, but I think they wanted to save it for a group of customers. The counter was a little dark, and I don't like the dark, so my enthusiasm was dampened. There was nothing I liked in the lunch set, so I ordered just the pumpkin pudding. It was rich and delicious. I found out later that there was an a la carte menu, too. It wasn't explained to me, so I didn't know. The restaurant is lovely and I think it's a good choice. I wanted to make it a good memory for myself too... ”

“ Three friends and I entered the restaurant almost as soon as it opened. Shortly after, a tourist-looking person entered. The atmosphere is such that even solo travelers are welcome. I ordered the hamburger curry set. To be honest, the taste wasn't particularly memorable, but it was delicious. I also ordered the pumpkin pudding, which has a reputation for being tasty. This pudding was very rich and, as you can see from the cross-section, was filling and delicious. The restaurant's wooden, log cabin-style ambiance matches the surrounding environment. The relaxed atmosphere allowed us to enjoy a leisurely meal. Around lunchtime, customers began to trickle in, indicating that it is a popular restaurant. It's a restaurant I would like to visit again at the right time. ”

“ I visited for lunch on a weekday. There was no wait time, and my food arrived quickly after I ordered. (The number of customers increased while I was eating, so I think the wait time may increase depending on the time of day.) I tried the recommended old-fashioned omelet rice for lunch, and it was the ultimate omelet rice with a thin omelet, chicken rice, and ketchup! It was absolutely delicious! The interior of the restaurant is log cabin-style, with a wood-burning stove, and the atmosphere was great! The pasta on the menu was also very appealing, so I'd definitely like to return if I have the chance! ”
